• fill the pre-application form and send it until 31st March
• based on information from your pre-application form, our international commisioner will find a host unit and provide you a contact (if you chose "model A")
• final application form will be available in April and must be sent until 30th April
• together with final application, 70 EUR per person must be booked
• "model B" participants have no other financial obligations, while "model A" participants must pay 100 EUR per person more
• second rate for "model A" participants (100 EUR) must be payed untill 31st May

For SEE-initiative member states:

• deadlines for application are the same as for other participants
• 45 EUR per person must be booked with final application, until 30th April
• for "model A" participants - second part, 85 eur per person, must be booked until 31st May
